Terms of Service

Terms of service

These terms govern access to and use of Maintainer. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Last updated: May 26, 2026

Using the service

Maintainer is provided as an operational record-keeping service for maintenance histories, reminders, files, and collaboration. You must use the service lawfully and only for records you are entitled to manage.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, devices, and authentication methods. Do not share credentials or intentionally provide false account information.

User content

You retain responsibility for the content you upload, including maintenance logs, attachments, and collaboration invites. You must not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.

Acceptable use

You may not abuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with other users, reverse engineer restricted systems, or use the platform to send spam, malware, or fraudulent invitations.

Availability and changes

The service may evolve over time. Features can change, pause, or be removed as the product matures. Self-serve billing is currently disabled and new accounts start on the Silver plan by default.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if the service is abused, legal obligations require it, or security risks make continued access unreasonable. You may also stop using the service at any time.

Liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law, but to the maximum extent allowed we exclude indirect, incidental, and consequential losses.
